¶ How to connect to the ASCENDANCE RISING Mumble server ¶ Install Mumble
To download Mumble, follow this link and install the required version for your OS - Windows, Mac OSX and Linux. It will be our prefered voice communication platform, so if you wish to hear and speak to us ensure you have this set up. Mumble gives us the flexiblity to have many channels for different requirements and enables the Fleet Commanders (FC’s) to co-ordinate operations that involve Ascendance Rising and other Goonswarm members. It is the same platform the members of Ascendance use on a daily basis to talk to each other, but they will be using the Goonfleet server.
Ascendance Rising has a voice channel for general chatting in Discord, but we also have our own Mumble server for chatting daily and for larger events.
